Pamela A. Wilk formerly served as Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She received her law degree cum laude from the Washington College of Law, American University, where she was co-recipient of a faculty award for legal research. Ms. Wilk also holds a Masters degree in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York in Albany. She is the co-author with Peter Goldberger of a 200-page manual on federal criminal appeals published as part of a two volume treatise on Third Circuit practice published by West Publishing Co. in 1997. During her 16-year association with the firm, Ms. Wilk has litigated many 2255 proceedings, as well as sentencings and direct appeals, in courts in several different areas of the country.
